Whole Brain® Thinking provides organisation’s with a framework that allows them to harness thinking diversity for better results. It is the foundation for the highly validated Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®), which measures thinking preferences of individuals, teams, and organisations.

The HBDI evaluates and depicts the degree of preference individuals have for thinking in each of the four brain quadrants.

Research has shown that everyone is capable of less preferred thinking styles and learning the necessary skills to diagnose and adapt to the thinking preferences of others. Learn how to recognise and respect different preferences of co-workers and customers to achieve greater organizational results.
